terms of service

by commissioning me,  you agree to the following

  • Work is processed in the order received, but multiple projects may be in progress at the same time. Smaller projects may finish before bigger projects in the queue.

  • I reserve the right to refuse any project

  • In case of personal commissions: 

    • do not claim, edit my artwork or use it for commercial products - if it is used for profit, you must purchase the license from me

    • the artist retains the rights and ownership of the artwork (which means I may be using/selling the finished commissions as part of my portfolio/artbook - in that case, the commissioner will still be mentioned as the character's owner)

  • I may post WIPs or the final artwork on my social media; prior discussions are required in case of private commission or excluding the artist from uploading

  • You will receive high-resolution digital files of the commission - no sort of physical material will be shipped to your home address

process

  1.   Contact me via email or DM on any of my social media accounts (preferably Twitter / Discord DM)

  2.   Fill out the form I will provide you later with the necessary information

  3.   I will send you the detailed pricing through a Google spreadsheet for you to review

  4.   If you're okay with the price, I will add you to my waitlist

  5.   I will contact you again when it's your turn

  6.   Once confirmed, full payment should be made in advance

  7.   I will send you a draft for you to review, and major changes can be made at this point. Once a part has been refined, it cannot be modified, so please be sure to check the WIPs I will be sending

  8.  I will send you a  checklist  of all the small steps involved in the process, so you can keep track of what's been completed and what's remaining

  9.   When the final preview is approved, I will upload the file to mega.nz and send it to you

  • The completion time for a commission varies widely depending on the type of artwork, typically ranging from 3 to 12 months. Rush orders can be arranged with an additional fee of 30% of the total price

  • My current workload, with data synced from the checklist provided to clients, can be found  here

A discount of 5% will be applied to the total price

Please do not make the payment during weekends

PAYPAL

An invoice will be sent to the PayPal address you provide once your order is confirmed

  • No chargebacks or PayPal disputes. Feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns; I'll be happy to address

  • Refunds can be considered if I take more than 6 months without any progress

  • I'm also accepting commissions via vgen, but please note that the price is a little higher there so as to cover the platform fee, but on the other hand, you can expect your commission to be delivered within the promised deadline

  • Don't hesitate to ask me for an update! I miss deadlines or forget to update sometimes due to school making me tired and scatterbrained so I need a push if it's been long since my last update o(-----(

  • You can inquire about your commission status or WIPs at any time, but kindly allow some time for my response, and if it takes too long, feel free to ping me again

  • I will spam progress updates through discord so it would be great if you have an account there
